CTMH February Blog Hop: Friendship
That sound means it time to start another Close To My Heart Blog Hop!
And there is no shortage of ideas and inspirations from this month's group of CTMH consultants. If you're following the hop, you should be coming from Nicole's Blog. If I'm your first stop, then welcome and let's get with the art, shall we?
This month, CTMH is featuring this beautiful stamp set, Friendship:
And what a great time to get this set! Celebrate your special friendships all month long!
Look and see a couple of cards I created with it:
Stamps: CTMH Friendship (February 2011 SOTM)
Inks: CTMH Chocolate, Grey Flannel
Papers: CTMH Bliss Reflections Kit
Accessories: CTMH Colonial White Ribbon Collection, Basic Assortments Buttons
This card is going to a wonderful friend who really brightened my weekend.
I love sets that come with great sentiments like this one. It gives me a chance to cut apart my stamps and use them creatively. Here I inked the different fonts in different colors to add interest to the focal point. If you haven't had the courage to cut apart your stamps, I urge you to try it...it's fun!
Stamps: CTMH Friendship (February 2011 SOTM)
Inks: CTMH Smokey Plum, Black
Papers: CTMH White Daisy, Smokey Plum, StazOn Black
Accessories: CTMH Clear Cards
And this card is going to a special purple-loving lady that is soon to be part of our family!
I promise this card is Smokey Plum. I know it looks more like Chocolate or Cocoa, I blame the lighting. Actually, I blame Mother Nature. How was I supposed to know it was going to cloud over and rain and hail today?
If you'd like to get your own set of this month's Friendship, visit my website and see how you can get yours at a great discount or even FREE!
I hope you enjoyed this stop on the hop. Now please visit Tamra's Blog and see all the wonderful things she's created!
